Stuart Marshall

Stuart is 30 years old - married to Gill with one daughter, Chloe.

He works for a software house specialising in computer solutions for the insurance industry.

Stuart founded Spidersoft in the days of the BBC and in his spare time (what, he has that?!) has written a number of applications including StrongCache, Notepad and Initiate.

Formerly the moderator of comp.sys.acorn.announce, Stuart has fought hard to keep the RISC OS scene alive; although sadly in recent years (since the demise of Acorn) he has spent more time specialising in Linux software development.

The photo was taken at a meeting of the Wakefield Acorn Group. Stuart says he'll never live that evening down... he was introduced as :- “A moderate from comp.sys.acorn” ... how nice :-) I’m sure it was meant to be MODERATOR!!!
